Kita buat wedding di Roof Garden Hotel, Bukit Jelutong. It was a very nice and beautiful place for wedding. It is on the rooftop full with garden layout. Very nice. Kita puas hati with the place.
We decided to pick WS as our wedding planner sebab they got a very complete package. Macam mana we found them. That time ada wedding festival dekat Plaza Alam Sentral, Shah Alam. My husband and I sebelum kahwin memang rajin berjalan survey pakej pakej perkahwinan. As long as within Selangor or KL, kita sure pergi. Tiap tiap hujung minggu mesti follow up. Semua orang pun impikan the best kan for their wedding. Well once in a lifetime.
Husband jumpa dulu booth WS and he glanced through their flyers. Macam love at first sight, he interested already. Why? Sebab pakej WS sangat complete.
Jadi post kali ini, I share with you all my review about them. Kita ambil pakej 21k for 1000pax.

PELAMIN SANDING
The first day
- Masa mula mula pihak WS kata pelamin boleh request. Nak buat pelamin macam Ariana Rose pun boleh siap ada salji. Pihak WS showed us design pelamin yang available and can be chose by us. Banyak yang menarik and lawa. Saya dan suami dah sangat interested dengan their offer.
Few days before Majlis
- Suami tak kisah tapi saya kisah. Saya tanya lagi sekali pasal pelamin. Saya tanya pelamin macam mana. Kita nak pilih and decide. WS kata jangan risau pelamin they all change monthly. which means on that particular month same design. Tak sama with what they've offered us earlier.
2x BAJU PENGANTIN NIKAH/SANDING (L&P)
The first day
- Pihak WS kata they prepare full sets include accessories. Solemnization and reception. Complete. And they will keep up-to-date with their wedding dresses and suites. They also said to us dorang boleh buat baju baru if pengantin request.
Few days before Majlis
- Masa lagi seminggu majlis kita baru dorang panggil untuk confirmkan baju. Tapi tak banyak choice. Kebanyakan pengantin dah pakai berulang kali. And then pihak WS kata ada baju baru but end up with nothing. Tak sesuai and tak banyak pilihan. For me, sorry to say, too sexy and very old fashioned. To adjust the wedding dress and suite pun banyak alasan. They didnt give any suggestion to us. Apa yang sesuai dengan figure kita and all. Kesian suami sebab dia langsung tak banyak pilihan, Baju nikah pun beli sendiri bukan dari Pihak WS. sebab ada sehelai je masa tu untuk baju nikah lelaki. Untuk nikah, baju saya saja dari WS baju suami beli sendiri. Untuk sanding, saya decide untuk tempah sendiri sebulan sebelum majlis sebab baju WS tak menepati citarasa saya. Suami tiada pilihan. Suami pakai kot kelabu yang biasa dipakai pengantin yang sebelum. What to do, few days left, no time to go here and there.
1 X PA SYSTEM, DJ. MC, KOMPANG
The first day
- Sebelum kita tak banyak tanya pun pasal ni sebab apa yang WS explain memuaskan hati kitorg. Tapi saya tinggalkan review untuk korang jugak column sebelah. You can prepare your own MC and DJ and you also can play the songs you wanted. Kompang pun live.
On the day

- Memang terbaik. Rasanya itu yang membuatkan majlis kita tambah meriah. Very nice and talented.DJ
- Kita tak banyak komen sangat sebab dia mainkan lagu yang biasa dia mainkan macam dalam majlis lain. Masa berarak masuk tu suami yang request untuk selawat. So dia pasang as per request. Cumanya kalau korang nak lagu yang best best korang boleh sediakan and bagi dia pendrive. Dia akan mainkan
MC
- Yang ini kita upset sikit. Sebab 3 hari sebelum majlis, dia mesej kita mintak waktu sanding dipercepatkan ke 12.45, dia ada urusan lain. Tak pasti apa urusan dia, Lepas bincang, family and family mertua sepakat lepas Zuhur. Senang sebab semua dah selesai sembahyang. Lagipun dalam kad we put sanding after Zuhur. In that case, Suami pun mesej mintak maaf tak dapat follow request dia. Dia kata takpe. Kita ingat takde masalah. We was shocked a bit on that day, rupanya MC gantian yang handle majlis kitorang. Jadi macam dull sikit and banyak technical errors. If korang ada MC sendiri, lebih baik. Korang pun puas hati kan. And guess what, lepas majlis kita terserempak dengan MC pakai baju melayu. Not sure dia ada job lain ke. But for me, they didnt give a full commitment.
2 X PHOTOSHOOT AND VIDEOSHOOT
The first day
- Salah satu sebab utama kitorang pilih WS. Senangkan. Instead of cari asing and bayar asing. It was like too many accounts to monitor.
On the day
Majlis Nikah
- photographer freelance WS hire dia untuk majlis kitorang, photographer dia memang best. i believe hasil dia memuaskan hati- videographer pulak originally dari WS. dia macam tak agresif sangat. Sekejap je dia shoot
Majlis Sanding
- both memuaskan hati.
Masa kita sanding pun, berarak we helped ourselves that day. Kita yang keluar sendiri bila nak mula. No body from WS guided us. Funny.
One more thing, pasal parking. awal awal WS kata free parking for guest. Tiba tiba malam sebelum kita sanding, saya suruh suami tanya balik about parking. WS kata for family only. For guest, sebab guest they have to pay. I was about to blow up that time tapi fikir esok nak sanding dah. So breath in breath out.
Kita actually sangat upset dengan treatment dorang lepas majlis. Semua family dah tanya bila gambar siap. Mula mula kita whatsapp WS tanya bila boleh ready. and kita diberitahu boleh pick up. Then suddenly on Saturday call lagi kata belum ready kena bawak our own hard disk. I thought they will provide for us sebab sebelum majlis they said so. Tiba tiba ask to bring our own. Then yesterday kita whatsapp lagi tanya boleh collect gambar ke belum. They said dah ready. At the same time, the videographer texted husband suruh bawak hard disk sebab saiz besar. Sorry to say, suami dah reach his limit. Suami sound direct to him, guess what he sound balik suami. I was like, is that how you treat a customer. Kita bayar tau bukan tak bayar. and RM21,000 bukan small amount. I bet pun you cannot have that huge amount in a split second. The videographer named Eddie. Respect sikit la bro. If takde customer, you pun takde duit nak makan kan. Respect.

For me, I rate them 0 for customer treatment. I guess mungkin pilih customer kot. If like yang very rich one tambah duit and all, layanan mungkin lebih baik. Why I post this review, taknak ada yang tertipu. And one of my husband's friend, interested with our package. She wanna choose package 21k but she said untuk nikah WS kata kena tambah RM500. She asked husband, did they ask us to add any money or not like what WS asked them. Nop takde.
For coming bride and groom, this is my advise to you all. Choose wisely. Make sure it is worth it to pay more. Do early preparation and dont rush in making decision. Love, LH.
